Checklist storage
When you check a zone, this site saves the selected zone numbers in your browser’s localStorage under egg-route-zones-v1. The saved checklist stays on this device and browser profile. Use “Clear my checks” on the tracker to reset it; clearing browser site data also removes it. This storage works independently of your analytics choice.
Optional Google Analytics
On the production site, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand which pages are useful, how often visitors check or clear zones, and which links take visitors to the official game. The Google Analytics script does not load and our analytics events are not sent until you select “Allow analytics.” Choosing “No thanks” leaves all site features available.
If allowed, Google receives page visits, the zone number and checked count when you change a check, the count when you clear the tracker, and whether a game link was in the header or page content. Google also processes technical visit information, such as browser/device information, and uses first-party cookies with names beginning _ga to distinguish visits. We configure those cookies to expire after 60 days without extending that expiry on each visit.
Our event code does not send your email address, Roblox identity, free text, URL query parameters, or the full saved checklist. It sends known page paths and the referring site’s origin; unknown page paths are grouped as a missing page. Google receives your network request when analytics is enabled. Google signals, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are disabled in our tag configuration. See Google’s privacy policy for Google’s handling of data.
Change your analytics choice
Use “Analytics settings” in the footer whenever you want to allow or turn off analytics. Turning it off stops our analytics collection and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies. When the choice can be saved, the page also reloads to unload the analytics script. It does not erase data already sent to Google. The choice is stored in localStorage under egg-route-analytics-v1 until you change it or clear browser site data. If browser storage blocks updates, your new choice applies until this page is reloaded.
Hosting, contact, and external links
Cloudflare Pages serves this site and receives the network requests needed to deliver its files. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how it handles that data. This site has no account system, submission form, or advertising script. Opening a Roblox link takes you to Roblox, which handles that visit under its own terms and privacy policy.
If you email the address on our contact page, the site operator receives your email address and message to respond to your request. Domain email is routed through Cloudflare to a Gmail inbox. Do not send account passwords or other sensitive account details.
